Summary

The goal was to design the complete borrowing and lending cryptocurrency platform beginning from research, strategy, user journey mapping, wireframing and visual design for the app, to designing the website, brand identity, and marketing collaterals.

I was responsible for leading a team of 4 in designing the complete v1 product. As part of this responsibility, I handled setting and adhering to timelines, collaborating with the product head, project manager and tech team to ideate on the product strategy, plan the tasks within the launch timeline, design the product and website for desktop and mobile, work with the development team to get the interface and functionality built accurately, and create the relevant marketing collaterals for the launch as well.
